The following horses are scratched for the Melbourne Cup in addition to those already notified: Anchorite, Boadicea, Capri, Cincinnatus, Conjecture, Dirk Hatteraick, Elwood, Faro, Fernside, Free Trade, Gardenia, Glimmer, Hastings, Moonshee, Quality, Rufus, Silver King, The Teacher, and Zeno.
