Negotiations for the formation of a new Ministry are still in progress, and there are rumors of a divergence of opinion among the leaders of the Conservative party, it being stated that Lord Kandolph Churchill and Sir Michael Hicks-Beach are opposed to the inclusion of Sir Stafford Northcote in the Administration, as wished by by Lord Salisbury.
