A shocking crime is reported from Bulgaria. A firm of eminent engineers and contractors have offered to provide the necessary capital for the construction of a large ocean dock at Adelaide if the local Committee approves.
Ayoub Khan, ex-Ameer of Afghanistan, was arrested by the Persian authorities on demand of the British Minister at Teheran. He was arranging to join the Russian troops at Askabad.
