[REUTERS TELEGRAMS.] By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. EVENT-OF-WAR PRECAUTIONS AT PORT PHILIP. (Received April 29, 9.30 p.m.) Melbourne, April 29. The Government have notified the Marine depots of the various colonies that in the event of war being declared the Point Lonsdale, the two Queenscliff, aifd the west and south channel lights will he extinguished, and the two pilot schooners withdrawn.
