The Victorian Government having made inquiries as to the alleged preaence of Russian war vessels at the Cape, Sir Hercules Robinson, Governor of Cape Colony, telegraphs a reply that nix men-of-war belonging tn Russia left Capetown at the end of February, their ostensible destination leiug Europe and ludia.
