Christchurch, April 6. The autumn meeting of the Christchurch Jockey Club passed off most successfully. The weather was glorious. Sit Julius and Lady Yogel were present. Great Autumn Handicap— l|- miles. D. O’Brien’s Rubina ... 1 Stevenson’s Capt. Webster 2 R. Vallance’s Sou-wester 3 Hurdle Race. T. Sheehan’s Master Agnes 1 H. Piper’s Ravenswod ... 2 J. Bill’s Marquis ... 3 About 3000 persons were on the course. <£9500 passed through the totalisators.
