America, for the purpose of arranging with Mr Dion Boucicault, the actor, to appear in Australia. Lord Rosebery has invited all the Agents-General to a dinner given by him. Fletcher Owen, (he new Commander for Adelaide, will locally hold the rank of Brigadier-General. George Anderson, deputy master of the Melbourne Mint, will sail for Melbourne in May.
