During the first round Fryingpan led folly six lengths, but on the second turn at the back of the course Commotion took up the running, and won easily by ten lengths. Time, smins. 26|secs. CRICKET. NELSON V. WELLINGTON. [united press association.] Nelson, March 7. The cricket match, Nelson v. Wellington, concluded this afternoon. Wellington, in its second innings, scored 181, leaving Nelson 258 to get to win. Nelson put together only 66, Wellingthus winning the match by 191 runs.
