London, February 4, A man has been arrested who is believed to be implicated with Gilbert, now in custody, in connection with the dyuamite outrages at the Tower. (Received February 5, 3 p.m.) February 4. Gilbert's mate, Cunningham, who was arrested yesterday in connection with the Tower outrage, has been identified as one of those suspected of being concerned in the explosion at Kings Cross station last year. The cargo of mutton, ex Kaikoura, from New Zealand, is placed in the market in good condition.
