[REUTER’S TELEGRAMS.] By Electric Telegraph—Copyright, * ANOTHER ROUTE OF THE CHINESE. SIX HUNDRED KILLED. CAPTURE OF ARMS AND AMMUNITION. (Received January 7, 1.50 p.m.) Paris, January 6. Despatches from Tonquin state that General Negrier again routed the Chinese troops near Chu. The enemy numbered 12,000, but were unable to maintain their ground. Their loss is estimated at 600 killed; and a large quantity of arms and provisions were captured by the French.
