In the House of Commons yesterday, the credit vote asked by the (.Jovernment on account of the Aruiy and Navy, and for the military operations in Egypt and South Africa, were passed. Cairo, November 13. Telegrams are received from the Miulir of Dongohi stating that a force of 12,000 of the Mahdi's troops, under his fighting chief, are now marching upon Dongola.
