LATEST BETTING ON THE CAULFIELD CUP. SCULLING MATCH.—TEEMER V. WALLACE ROSS. (Received October 4, 11 a.in.) Melbourne, October 4. The following is the latest betting on the Caulfield Cup;—l3 to 1 each against Colstouu and Hastings; 20 to 1 each against Capri, Frying Pan, Vengy, and Yately; 25 to 1 each against Boolka, Battalion, Claptrap, and Rapid. The Ancles and His Worship have been scratched for the Melbourne Cup. [special to press association.] London, September 30. In a sculling match between Teemer and Wallace Ross, the latter was defeated.
