Madrid, September 10. Further cases of cholera have occurred in this country, and the disease is reported to be spreading. Berlin, September 10. The Emperor William will leave this city for Warsaw on Sunday next, with the intention, it is understood, of meeting the Czar and the Emperor of Austria there.

Intelligence is received that a battle was recently fought at Ambugal, near Doogola, between Egyptian troops, under the Mudir, and a large body of rebels, led by two of the Mahdi chief ameers. The engagement lasted some time, and resulted in the defeat of the rebels, who were utterly routed, and suffered a severe loss in killed and wounded.

The Highland brigade now stationed in this city has received orders to proceed to various points on the Nile, to reinforce garrisons.
