The survivors from the yacht Mignonette have been placed under arrest, and confessed that their first statement was untrue, and that they killed ami ate the boy, who at the time of his death was raving. Brussels, September 7. A renewal of the anti-Clerical riots has occurred here, and a Clerical demonstration was attacked by the mob, many persons being injured on both sides. Order was finally restored by the police, and two hundred persons were arrested.

King Humbert has gone on a visit tojNaples, personally lo inquire into the measures being taken to pievenb the spread of cholera. Nearly four hundred cases of the disease broke out today in that city.
