The spread of the small-pox appears to be lessening in this city, only two fresh cases having occurred daring the past fortnight. Adelaide, September 2. Arrived, last evening, the Orient steamship Liguria, from Plymouth. Cardinal Moran, Archbishop elect of Sydney, is a passenger by her.
