General Lord Wolseley and Earl Northbrook, British Commissioners, have started for Egypt, and will arrive at Alexandria on Saturday next. (Received September 2, 1.10 p.m.) Evening. Arrived, at Plymouth, the steamship British Queen, from Lyttelton, July 17. New York, September 1. Serious mining riots have occurred at Hacking Valley, in Ohio. Troops have been despatched to the scene to quell the disturbance.
