[REUTER’S TELEGRAMS.] By Electric Telegraph —Copyright. CRICKET. AUSTRALIANS V. ALL ENGLAND. (Received July 22, 1 p.m.) London, July 21, noon. The second contest between the Australian cricketers and an All England team commences at Lord’s Ground. The English representative eleven are composed as follows :—Dr. W. G. Grace, Lord Harris, Hon. A. Lyttelton, Messrs Christopherson, A. P. Lucas, W. W. Reid, and A. G. Steel and Barlow, Peate, Shrewsbury, and Ulyett. Latest telegrams from Lord’s Ground report that the Australian team, which went in first, have scored 117, with six wickets down. The weather has been showery since morning. The attendance on the ground is enormous, and the greatest interest is being taken in the match. (Received July 22, 2,30 p.m.) Later. The Australians are all out for 229. The highest scorers were—Giffen, bowled, 63; Scott, caught, 75.
