[REUTER'S TELEGRAMS.] By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. >—•—< CRICKET. AUSTRALIANS V. YORKSHIRE. (Received June 10, 8.30 p.m.) London, June 9. The Australian team commenced a cricket match at Bradford against eleven of Yorkshire. The wicket was heavy owing to recent rains, and greatly in favor of the bowlers. The following is the reeult of the day's play:—Yorkshire, first innings, 55; Australians, first innings, 60 ; Yorkshire, second innings, 72.
The attendance of spectators was only moderate. [A late cablegram slates that the Australians won by three wickets.]
