A Member of the abovo firm will attend the usual fortnightly Sittings of the Resident Magistrate's and Warden's Courts at Kumara ; and may be consulted at Gilbert Stewart's Hotel on the evening preceding the Sitting of the Court.

FUNERAL NOTICE. mHE Friends of the late CHARLES _L KLEES are respectfully invited to attend his funeral, which will take plnoH TO-MORROW (SUNDAY) AFTERNOON, leaving the Empire Hotel, Main street, at half-past One o'clock, for Holy Trinity Church, and proceeding from thence to the Kumara Cemetery, where his remains will be interred.
