(Received April 21, 9.55 p.m.) Albany, April 21. The P. and 0. s.s. Shannon, with the inward Brindisi mails dated London, March 21, arrived at King George’s Sound to-day. Melbourne, April 21. According to Mauritius advices of 4th inst. the exports of sugar this season to New Zealand ports have exceeded 9000 tons. The stock of sugar in hand is estimated at 25,000 tons. (Received April 22, 1.30 p.m.) April 22. Two passenger trains from Williamstown came into collision last night outside Spencer-street Railway station. Two carriages were seriously damaged, but no one was injured. Adelaide, April 22. The following rearrangements of Ministerial portfolios are announced : Ramsay, Minister of Works to become Chief Secretary; and Bray, who has held the latter, to take the portfolio of Colonial Treasurer, vice Glyde. Bowen is appointed Minister of Public Works.
