(Received March 31, 0.35 a.m.) Sydney, March 29. Hanlau gave an exhibition of rovviug at Manly this afternoon, when he pulled a race with Edwards, his trainer. Neither Trickett nor Clifford were present, as expected. Fully 8000 persons witnessed Hanlan's performance. Bishop Barry will be installed as Metropolitan Bishop of Australia on Tuesday, 22nd April. (Received March 31, 12,40 p.m.) Melbourne, March 31. In consequence of the death of the Duke of Albany the proposed farewell banquet to the Marquis of Normanby, aud other festivities in honour of his Excellency's departure have been postponed.
