The Government bill providing for the affirmation in lieu of oaths at the option of members upon taking their seats in the House of Commons, was introduced in the House of Commons yesterday. Cairo, February 18. Five Bedouins have been found guilty of the murder of Professor Palmer, and Messrs Gill and Charrington, in October last, and sentenced to death.
