THE RETURN INTERCOLONIAL CRICKET MATCH. THE YACHTING FATALITY. (Received February 11, 10.30 a.m.) Sydney, February 10. The intercolonial cricket match, Victoria v. New South Wales, was resumed and coucluded to-day, and resulted in a victory for the "Victorians by one innings and 165 runs. The Victorians in their first innings made 281. The home team went in for their first innings, but only succeeded in putting together 49, and in their second innings were all disposed of for 67. The wicket was wet, and owing to the unavoidable absence of Bannermau, New South Wales played with ten men only. Heavy rains have fallen over the greater part of the colony. (Received February 11, 10.30 a.m.) Adelaide, February 10.

One of the gentlemen who were drowned while yachting yesterday was father of the Hon. Thomas King, late Minister of Education.
