The National Bank of New Zealand has declared a dividend of 3 per cent, for the past half year. The propotrion of reserve to liabilities has further fallen to 30 per cent. The Bank rate of discount remains at 5 per cent, and the market at 3£. Consols have advanced to 99f. Cairo, January 4. The remainder of the prisoners of the rebellion have beeu amnestied by the Khedive. Cape Town, January 4. It has been decided that a British force shall remain in Zulnland for a period of six months for the protection of Cetewayo on his reinstatement as King.
