LATEST FOREIGN NEWS. Alexandria, June 13. MrC. A. Cooksen, British Consul at this city, who was seriously wounded daring the disturbances which occurred on the 10th inst., is improving in health. Arahi Pasha at present remains master of the situation. He has, however, during the interviews with Dervish Pasha, promised the latter that he will obey the commands of the Khedive and maintain order among the natives. Naples, June 13. In the Chamber of Deputies t.- dav Signor Mancini, Minister of Foreign Affairs, declared in the speech which be made with reference to the state of affairs in Egypt, that his Government would absolutely refuse to assent to any armed intervention by England and France in that country.
LATEST AUSTRALIAN NEWS. Adelaide. June 20. The yverland telegraph line to Port Darwin is interrupted. Melbourne, June 14. It is aunoumed that the Peninsular and Oriental Company has inaugurated a service between Antwerp and Australia. The first steamer to leave the former place will be the Sutlej.
