Mails for United Kingdom, Continent of Europe, &c.-, via Colombo - Brindisi, (for specially-addressed correspondence only), overland to Christchurch, close here on Thursday, the 9th March at 1.45 pan. The following are the rates of postage on correspondence from New Zealand for the United Kingdom, Via Colombo and Brindisi :—Letters, 8d per 4 ounce ; Books, 2d per ounce; newspapers, 2d each 4 ounce pape r , and Id for each additional 4 ounces.
