A collective note, addressed by the powers in reply to the Sultan's recent circular note on the subject of his rights in as affected by the AngloFrench guarantee, will, it is believed, have the effect of amicably arranging the difficulty between Turkey, and England and France* January 27. The Daily News and Staudard of this morning both published a paragraph, stating that the informers against the marauders, who were recently sen* teuced to heavy terms of imprisonment, have privately revealed to the authorities the existence oi a widespread and dangerous conspiracy in the south-west of Ireland, especially in the Counties of Clare, Limerick, and Cork. Several heavy failures of members of the London Stock Exchange have occurred, owing to the recent collapse in the Paris Bourse. Washington*, January 26. Guiteau, who was yesterday found guilty of the murder of President Garfield, has made an applic-ition to tlie Court for a new trial. Paris, January 26. In the Chamber of Deputies today, a bill was introduced by M. Gambetta for the refoim of the French Constitution, and was finally rejected on a division by 305 to 117. M. Gambetta and his colleagues have since tendered their lesignatious to President Grevy. January 27. The panic, owing, to the polotical crisis, has subsided, and the Bourse is now calmer, arrangements havitio- been made by speculators for the best attainable settlement under the circumstances. Bcmbay, January 26. An outbreak of cholera has occurred among the pilgrims uow at Allahabad,
