Mails for United Kingdom, Continent of Europe, <£c, via Colombo - Brindisi, (for specially-addressed correspondence only), overland to ChristcJiurch, close here on Thursday, the 19th inst., at 1.45 p.m. Money Orders may be obtained • and Registered Letters posted up to 1.30 p.m. on Thursday, 19th inst. The following are the rates of postage on correspondence from New Zealand for the United Kingdom, via Colombo and Brindisi:—Letters, 8d per h ounce ; Books, 2d per ounce ; newspapers, 2d eacli 4 ounce paper, and Id for each additional 4 ounces.
