Two others have given each £3OO, and two others each £2OO towards the building fund. Auckland, October 14. John Russell, mate of the Te Anau, was fined £5 for a violent assault on George Wilson, a seaman. The Captain agreed to discharge the seaman, and pay the wages due; the man to receive half the fine.
