Another fresh case of small-pox is reported, the sufferer bfcing a man named Elliott, at Newton. In the Legislative Assembly last night, during the discussion of the "Ringbarking of Timber Bill, Mr M'Elhone said he would advise the people who were deprived of public land to shoot down like dogs those who them from their just estate, and he would find the money for it.
