JUVENILE MINSTRELS.
The second appearance of the Juvenile Minstrels took place last eveniug before a fair house, but one certainly not commensurate with the merits'and abilities of the company. The programme submitted was entirely different to that of the first night's performance, and was perhaps on the whole of a more varied description. The lads were in giod voice, individually and collectively, acquitting themselves admirably. That favorite old Christy's song " When the Corn is Waving" was sung as a ballad by Master M'Loughlin with a pureness and clearness of tone and enunciation that did not fail to elicit from the audience a most emphatic demand for a repetition. The dancing was of an equal order of merit to the vocal efforts of the company, while the farces were more than ordinarily funny, Master Wade's antics and Mr Love's efforts as a noisy Irish lad being evidently much relished by the audience. Mr Love's motto songs were also apparently much appreciated. To-night this talented company make their last appearance in Kumara, on which occasion, with fine weather, we expect to see a large attendance at the Theatre Royal. There was a performance for children this afternoon.
