Chiustciiuroh, August 19. The case of malicious injury to property preferred against the assailant of the Liberty was remanded till Wednesday, bail being allowed. The present editor of the Liberly has resigned,and George Augustus Mnnyard takes his place. The latter is a West Coast nun, and stands over six feet high. More fun is expected.
Dun'Ujdin, August 18. At the City Court to-day, Thomas Webster was committed for trial for threatening to shoot Charles Martin with a loaded revolver.
