LATEST ENGLISH NEWS; London, August 12. In the House of Commons last night, the report on the amendments made by the House of Lords in the Irish Land Bill was again under consideration, A long and animated debate took place on further of the amended clauses, sereral of which were rejected as altered, while the amendments to others were agreed to. Some violent speeches were made in the course of discussion by the Irish members, who accused the Government of acting with treachery, and with pandering to the wishes of the House of Lords. The debate lasted to 4 o'clock this morning, when consideration of the amendments was finally concluded, and the Bill was returned to the Lords,
