BRITISH AND FOREIGN. London, August 8. Mr Dillon, it has transpired, was released from Kilmainhani gaol on account ot his health. It is reported that the close confinement lie has suffered since his arrest in .May has caused him to be seriously indisposed. In the House of Commons tn-day the Light, Hon. W. L. Gladstone announced that G vmiment were not prepared at present time to deal with the Buullaugn difficulty, but would next session introduce a measure for the purpose. A serious railway collision occurred to-day near Blackburn, on the East Lancashire line. Five persons were killed, and thirty seiiously wounded. H.M.S.
