BRITISH AND FOREIGN. London, June 18. The Eight Rev. Edward M'Cabe, Roman Catholic Archbishop of Dublin, has issued a pastoial letter to the bishops and clergy of his diocese, urging the adoption of a moderate policy by the people, and impressing upon them the Decessity of abstaining from acts of violence. Paris, June 18. Telegrams are to hand from Marseilles reporting that further disturbances between the citizens and the Italian residents have taken place there. Serious disturbances occurred to-day at the landing of another detachment of troops from the Tunisian territory, who, in their march through the town, were insulted and maltreated by Italians. The townspeople retaliated, and arms were freely used, and many persons were killed and wounded before order could be restored. LATEST AUSTRALIAN NEWS. Melbourne, June 21. The repairs to the Orient steamship Sorata have been completed, and she is now afloat again. Sydney, June 21. No fresh cases of small-pox have been reported in the city since the 15 th inst., and the health officers continue to use every precaution to prevent the disease spreading. The weather is clear and frosty.
