[NEW ZEALAND PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Dunedin, June 20. A meeting of creditors in the estate of Samuel Clayton \vaß held to-day, the claims preferred amounting to £20,000. The largest creditors are Guthrie and Larnach, over £13,000; National Bank, •t'soo; Bank of New South Wales, £4OO. A fire occurred to-day in the upper part of Gilchrist's paperhanging shop. He estimates his loss through fire and damage by water, at £IOOO. The property was insured for £SOOO in the National, Victoria, Standard, South British, and New Zealand offices. At the inquest on the body of Frank Cotteril, found in the harbor yesterday, and who is supposed to have committed suicide, a verdict of temporary insanity was returned.
