WARDEN’S COURT.
Tuesday, June 14. [Before H. A. Stratford, Esq., Warden.] The following applications were heard and dealt with : KUifARA. John. Barrett applied for a double area at Ross Terrace.—Granted, subject to existing rights, and especially with regard to the Government Race. Ryan and party applied for the cancellation of a certificate of their claim, and the registration of a shaft.—Both of the applications were granted. In the case of Simpson and party’s application for a double area, there was no appearance and the case was strode out. GREENSTONE!. Healey and party applied for a doable area at Cape Terrace.—Mr Hannan appeared for the applicants.— The application was granted. Summers and party’s application for a tail-race was called upon ; but theie being no appearance, the case was struck out. The application of John Peters for a special site of one and a half acres, was adjourned.
