RESIDENT MAGISTRATE’S COURT.
Tuesday, May 10. [Before H. A. Stratford, Esq., R.M.] ABUSIVE LANGUAGE, Margaret Mulholland was charged with having used abusive language to Mary Ann O’Loughlin.—This case had been adjourned from a former sitting of the Court, for the production of a witness for the defence.—David Harris was sworn, but he knew very little about the case.—His Worship summoned up at considerable length, and fined the defendant one shilling, and costs. The Court then adjourned.
