ten days ago he suffered from partial paralysis and was advised upon no account to continue cylinder work, but to-day he felt quite strong and insisted on going in. Dunedin, March 15. This morning the Governor was driven as far as Blueskin, and afterwards visited the Botanical Gardens, and in the afternoon a levee took place at the Town Hall, where an address of welcome was presented by the County Council.
