LATEST AUSTRALIAN NEWS. \ Sydney, March 11. In consequence of the Council’s rejection of *dve Stamp Duties Bill, Sir Henry Parkes, Premier, intends to take action to vindicate the privileges of the Assembly. Melbourne, March 11, An enthusiastic meeting of those interested in provision affairs was held to-day for the purpose of promoting a company to engage in the meat frozen process.
