NOTICE, is hereby given L thafc"it is the intention of the Council of the Borough of Kumara, at a SPECIAL’* MEETING to be held in the Town HALL/ bn THURSDAY, the Eight- 1 teeuth day of MARCH, 1880, to consider the undermentioned LYE-LAW', with tike view of passing a resolution 1 at aubh meeting, making such Bye-laM And that PUBLIC NOTICE of the provisions of such Bye-Law, and the intention to consider and adopt the same in and for the Borough of Kumara is hereby given, in pursuance of the provisions of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1876. In pursuance of the’ powers and provisions of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1876, the Council of the Borough of Kumara do hereby make the following Bye-Law;— The fees and charges to be takeh. and charged by the Poundkeeper of the Pound established by the Council of the Borough of. Kumara within the Borough, in respect of all animals impounded, and for the maintenance of the same, shall be as follows : s. d. Fbt each horse, mare, geldings foal, mule, ass, bull, ox, calf, pig, or goat ... ... 1, 0 FoV each sheep, or lamb ... 0 6 The above fees to be paid for each day or part of a day during which the animal is kept in the Pound..
