LATEST AUSTRALIAN NEWS. Melbourne, January 22. Parliament will be dissolved on Feb. 5. No performance took place last night at the Academy of Music, in consequence of the prohibition issued by Mr Berry. The telegram of Jan. 22, which read as follows : " Parliament assembled today," should have been dated " Melbourne, Tuesday," and not as given, " London, Jan. 20." The Assam, with the Suez mail, was sighted off Albany at nine o'clock this morning. BRITISH AND FOREIGN. I Berlin, January 22. The Government have introduced a Bill in jtlie German Parliament for the purpose of increasing the army by 60,0C0;men.
