Barrett, the hotelkeeper, has been ai*rested on a charge of aiding and abetting in rioting. Two other men named Leary and Hogg have been also arrested on a similar charge. In consequence of the large number of prisoners, the trial will probably be held in the District Court or Supreme Court buildings.
