Slß—Will you publish for the information of the electors of this electorate a speech made in the House of Representatives on Thursday last, by Mr R. J. Seddon, in which he defended Sir George Grey’s policy in sending Home for 6000 laboring men, on the grounds that there was a great want for that class of men in Canterbury.— I am, Ac.,
