OROUGH OF KUMARA. DANCING HALLS. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the provisions of the “ Municipal Corporations Act ” relating to “ Dancing Halls” will be strictly enforced. Any person, therefore, who shall, after this date, use any building, or part of any building as a DANCING HALL, without holding a LICENCE from the Borough Council, will be proceeded against. The penalty provided bv the Act is TWENTY POUNDS (£3O) for every offence. By order of the Council. JAMES WYLDE, Town Clerk. Kumara, 13th March, 1879. NOTICE.
