The Russian Ambassador to the Porte and the Turkish Minister of Foreign Affairs signed a definite RussoTurkish treaty of peace this evening. The treaty provides that the Russian evacuation of Turkish territory shall begin to-morrow and terminate on the 16 th of Mareh. Podgoniza is to be delivered to Montenegro. The treaty annuls that of San Stefano, and provides for an indemnity of three hundred million roubles, the payment of which is to be arranged. GREAT SLAUGHTER OF BRITISH TROOPS.
