[to the editor.] the information of "One who Paid in the Dark," Mr Look has the Board summoned, which will be heard at Goldsborough to-morrow, to test if they had any right to collect on the rate struck Ist July, 1876. Instead of following the provisions of the Act which came into force Ist January, 1877, they collected on the rate struGk the "July previous.—l fern, &c, Ratepayer. October 22nd.
