Cameron. Judgment confessed. Mulligan and Co., v. Annie Maher. Claim £3 Ss 6d. Judgment for plaintiffs, with costs. Spalling v. Morgan and Love.— Claim £74 12s Gd. Judgment confessed by Mr Morgan. M'Fetrick and Co. v. Morgan and Love.—Claim £2B 11s. Service of summons being proved on Morgan only, judgment was given against him on his own confession.
