[to the editor.] Sir Will you allow me to correct a slight error in the report of the remark I made at the public meeting on Tuesday evening. What I said with regard to the rental charged by the Education Board was, that occupiers of the Education Reserve were paying an average “rent of £6O per acre” whilst the highest price charged for the “freehold” of Government township is “£4B ” per acre.
