Quinn, publican—Filled 40s and costs, defendant having previously been cautioned ; Wm. Wilson, hotel keeper—Fined 20s and costs ; M. Griffiths, hotelkeepe.r— Fined 20s and oosts. A case against James Spindeler was dismissed, defendant showing that he had taken out a licence within one month of the expiry of the former oue.
